The table normally consist of images and styled text. It may layout image (array) on the right, left, top, or bottm. ref: http://allwebcodesign.com/setup/free-templates.htm
1. find the target page
2. Save a local copy using "Save Page As ..." (Webpage, complete) index.htm
3. open the index.htm in DWCS3
4. create an empty.html
5. crop the block portion and paste it onto the empty.htm
6. create a new_rule.css page, and link with the empty.htm
7. use the firebug to locate the appropriate CSS rule, and paste the rule on the new_rule.css
